Job Overview:
Answer phones professionally and respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level
Requirements:
Familiarity with telephone techniques and skills
Experience in Telemarketing is a huge asset
Basic computer knowledge/technological skills and proficiency in relevant computer applications
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Demonstrated verbal communication skills and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Ability to resolve issues of conflict in a tactful and professional manner and to effectively diffuse irate callers
